DO NOT BUY WITH BELLA VISTA!!!! WARRANTY ISSUES WILL NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF. YOU WILL DEAL WITH MICHAEL RUDEST SUPERINTENDENT EVER!!! THEY HAVE FLAKY PAINTERS THAT WILL NEVER SHOW UP. I'VE SET UP MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS AND THEY MISSED ALL OF THEM. AND BELLA VISTA EXPECTS YOU TO WAIT ALL DAY FOR A NO SHOW NO PHONE CALL. I'VE CALLED CORPORATE AND I'VE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM AS WELL.

1st off I'm not given it 5 stars because I live here I'm giving it 5 stars because Joey and the crew that he has here at bella vista has went above and beyond to make me feel like I'm part of the family even after I bought my house months later they still drive by and wave and talk to me, know my name ask about my family my children, How is everything going with my home if I have any issues that need to be addressed that's a community I want to be a part of. Top notch and I'll put them up against any other community
Don't live here! Horrible HOA Don't hire Plateau Properties Management for your HOA, they harass and charge unnecessary fines on their residents.
