I would use caution with this company. They have ceased all communication with my parents and I after building our houses. My parents home failed the inspection due to a water drainage problem and the builder claims no fault and the inspection was for the warranty THEY provide and no action is being taken from anyone. The other review below is Tiffanie the sales consultant who works there so not exactly the most accurate reviewer

Extremely helpful builder. I was extremely pleased with the time that was taken to explain the process of building a custom home and what to look for when choosing a lot to buy. Very informative company!
