Lack of communication and towed my car to another facility after I signed paperwork not to. Switched my advisor and didn't inform me and didn't hear about my car being a total loss until my insurance company called. Spoke with the GM and didn't seem to really care about my situation. When I asked for documentation on releasing my vehicle (as I did not trust them with a verbal authorization) the staff gave me a sentence printed out on a sheet of paper; very unprofessional.
