I have been in three times. Each visit was a weekday about 2 in the afternoon. The staff was friendly enough but didn’t make much effort to tell me about their food. When I asked questions they seemed bothered to respond. This was at each visit. Maybe twice one other customer was in the store. The presentation was horrendous. Flimsy paper plates. Sauces slopped all over food. Food hanging off the plate. Reminder, they were NOT busy. A little effort on presentation is needed. The food was bland. I was very underwhelmed. I give it two stars because the dining area was super tidy, as was the bathroom. They have been here a couple of years so there are folks who like them. It is different from most of the places in Cibolo. It might be worth your try.
Great food! They tailor your food to you and though it's Chipotle-style it doesn't feel like an assembly line. Way better than the competition and in a convenient location.
The street tacos I had at ChilAngus Mexican Grill were outstanding! BUT the rice and beans were cold. I'm torn in my rating because of this, but it's something very easy they could fix.

My family went here for brunch. The food was fresh and delicious and the owners very friendly. The also served delicious pancakes and hash browns for those who want an American breakfast. Fresh fruit bar was nice as well. I also had lunch another day and loved the empanda (made fresh) and the tortilla soup. So good to have a nice clean restaurant with a good variety of food and friendly owners!
My first time here and the manager was very helpful. He had me sample several choices before I made my decision. The food was good and the prices are fair. Pretty much an authentic Mexican chipotle. I'll definitely be back!
Amazing food with very friendly staff. Very clean and upscale environment. I go at least once a week and have never been disappointed. I believe its family owned business and not a huge chain. You gotta give them a try and support the local small business.
