DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THE MAN IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAS NO MANNERS. Hangs up on you. I was having service issues and he was very rude, writing me off as I prank call, hung up on me twice and continued to be rude even after I used my moms phone which has better signal, then hung up on her. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TAXI SERVICE.

my wife has used them a few times. and with no problems. they were always nice and polite. reasonable rates and get there quick as they can.
The driver is the same person as the dispatcher. He is SO very rude! He called me back very angry and yelling at me because he couldn’t find my address, which I had given it to him correctly (not my fault). Eventually, he arrived to my house. In addition, he was cursing (which was very uncomfortable) at the people on the street because there was traffic. Ugh, to make matters worse, he was eating, drinking, talking on the phone and looking at his computer all while driving. Once we were closer to my destination, I told him to turn right and the place was going to be on his left, but he kept driving and passed it, when I told him it to please stop and go back, he yelled at me AGAIN and was talking OVER ME so very rude telling me that I failed to tell him to “where the place was”, Seriously? That’s why I gave him the address where I was going to go since I scheduled the service and he had a GPS too. Ugh, I will never use this taxi service again; the man is so very rude!!! I wish I could give zero stars. Use another taxi service in the area and run away from this rude man!!
