Went an opened an account with this branch. Yes doors were locked but a lovely woman came quickly asked how I could be helped and took my temperature. I was assisted by Maria Garcia who was super helpful as well as professional and friendly. Today I called with a little trouble in getting some of my billing situated. My new debt card has a block so I appreciate the security that is implemented. Very happy with this establishment thus far and recommend to see Maria Garcia when you need help in your banking needs. Thank you for great service!

When I first got there the doors were locked. I stood around for a couple of minutes until someone came to the door and said that I needed to wait outside until someone was available. No door signs were posted explaining the process. After 90 minutes of time to set up a new account to address my deceased father's account, I was rudely informed that I was missing the appropriate documents. I had asked them months ago for the exact documents needed and I provided them. The senior banker said I needed additional information and I would not be able to move the funds. She lacked professionality and compassion. It's tragically ironic that they call themselves Credit Human and can't even offer condolences or apologies. The 3009 branch is far from humanistic.

Horrible customer services Representatives do not want to assist their clients. At the front door (@branch) they have a sign saying the working schedule time of the Bank / lobby. I go in person during those hours and days, and I had to call them to let them know Im outside waiting for someone to open the door, because front door is locked. Branch representative over the phone tells me that, the lobby is closed due to the covid 19, I told her that at the front door they have a sign saying the lobby is open at that moment. Obviously they don't even want to help their clients, plus I have been calling several time over the phone during different days and time (branch working hours) and nobody answers the phone.

Please explain why this bank changes its Saturday hours but nothing is posted at the bank stating this? This location closed today at 12pm. I was in line at the drive thru before they closed. The posted hours say 1:00pm. When I pulled up to the teller (now 12:00pm) and be pushed the button she said sorry we are closed. When I said that’s not what the hours say? She said due to Covid we close early. Can some one tell me what the hell Covid has to do with a bank drive thru closing early? Does Covid only come out after noon on a Saturday at the banks? I’m so tired of people using the Covid excuse! I’m sure first responders would love to say “sorry due to Covid we are stopping service early” I was not the only one in the lines. Several people were turned away. Poor customer service.
