I am truly grateful for the prompt restoration service that Dwyer Restoration provided my condominium community this day. Although I handled the matter in San Antonio from Austin, Dan Dwyer was very thorough, very informative, yet patient throughout the whole process. I'm grateful that he went the extra mile to bring in a licensed plumber to inspect the units after completing the water damage remediation as the association was able to address multiple issues within a single visit. My Board of Directors, residents and myself are very grateful for Logan Wilson for his diligence over the last week and a half. He's demonstrated consistent professionalism and it is evident that he promotes teamwork and solid communication. He has given thorough reports on a consistent basis as it relates to the plumbing a construction repairs. His project management has been tremendous and admirable, to say the least. Dan Dwyer and his team are very professional, very punctual and provide quality service to their customers. My neighbor ran his car through my house in December 2019. The entire left side of my house was a huge hole and destroyed. Dwyer Restoration was recommended as the "disaster specialists". I am SO GLAD I hired them out of the 7 others I had come out to give me bids. They were the absolute BEST in the business to work with. I found them to be exceptional in 3 areas specifically: 1. Communication 2. Professionalism 3. Cleanliness There will always be bumps along the way with ANY restoration/renovation. The key is, to work with people that DO THE RIGHT THING. Dwyer ALWAYS came through no matter what and did the right thing. They handled every detail of my renovation as if it was their house and what they would want done. Dan Dwyer held my hand throughout the entire insurance process daily and we were able to get things agreed upon due to this. Mark Brown was my project manager and did a phenomenal job with scheduling and being there every time I called. He was a pleasure to work with and made everything seem so seamless. Guido Krumm was the German Carpenter that did most of the work on my house. He was also a pleasure to work with. I fell blessed to have had such a knowledgeable and trustworthy person doing the work on my house. I will ONLY hire Dwyer Restoration in the future for all of my renovation needs. I HIGHLY recommend them for your next project or disaster.

Mark Brown was outstanding! We had a our roof replaced due to a hail storm. Dwyer worked with our insurance company and got the maximum payout. We had talked to the insurance company early and were not happy with the payout. We got Dwyer involved and they were able to get the supplemental payment. It was so nice to have help dealing with the insurance company. We also did some remodeling after the roof replacement. Mark and his team went beyond what I had anticipated. They were on time, cleaned daily and finished in a timely fashion. I will be using them again and highly recommend Mark.

We had a big water damage in our attic and garage few months ago. Dwyer Restoration did a marvelous job and finished the work on time. Special thanks to Mario Delgado (our project manager) for his outstanding service. He was super nice and very professional. He made sure that our daily routine was not disturbed at all by the restoration work. Our attic and garage is looking better than ever.

We had a large job and from the day we started the process I couldn’t have been happier. They were on time, or informed me if they couldn’t come and why. Each time made sense. I was lucky that i had an excellent project manager, William Murphy. He was always available, easy to work with and a true professional.All that is made possible because Dan Dwyer is an excellent businessman, and knows what is going on on every project.

I contacted Dwyer to help get our roof repaired. He made the back and forth with my insurance company very simple and got us what we needed. Will, our Project Manager, was great. He kept us in the loop during the entire process. After our roof was completed, we decided to use Dwyer for a couple other projects around the house. Some painting, wall repairs, and some wood rot on the exterior. They were able to get started on this within a week and finished in two days. They even came back to repaint the trim in one of the bedrooms after we decided we didn't like the color. I was referred to Dwyer by a family member after the job they did there. They exceeded our expectations and I will be using them for all my future projects. I am sure you will have the same experience I did! PS. All contractors are slammed these days from the crazy weather we had a couple weeks ago. If your project isn't an emergency and can wait for these guys to free up, I'd wait. Cheers!

Amazing experience!! Dan, Mark and their crew were very professional and respectful of my house and time. I had back to back claims on my house and they took care of everything. From visiting with the claims adjustor to surveying the damage at the drop of the hat, these guys are hands down the best!! Dan sets the bar on how contractors should be! Thank you!
