My first time visiting and the sales associate followed my every move. It was very uncomfortable! When my husband asked for the floor plan, we were told that we would have to fill out an information card before getting prices and floor plans. I asked if that was something new because other builders don't have a problem providing packets. She explained that she has to account for every floor plan packet that she gives out. My husband and I didn't like that. Good thing we aren't pressed to find a new house at this time because that is awful customer service!
Has an HOA...buyers beware.
