DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE!! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE START DATE FOR OUR NEW HOUSE! We were under the impression permits had been approved and construction was starting within a week or two. It was about 8 weeks later they they finally got approval to begin construction. We made it clear that it was a priority to get into our house ASAP and their deceptive sales practices caused us to lose our 1500 deposit. The customer service is awful!! It’s all about the money here. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company EVER!!

Hassle and stressful for this builder. Would not recommend this place to who want to build with their lender, use your own lender. Just back out of contract and lost 6k Earned money and Upgrade for Seminole II home
