Absolutely the worst title company ! From start to finish - the company has delayed and failed to communicate delays — down to having incorrect signings and further delays of funding ... it’s unbelievable and if I could give negative stars - I would !!! Communication with the supervisor at Schertz location was a complete waste of time as she was as of no additional help and only defended the incompetence in her office — Buyers and sellers BEWARE!! Unless you’re willing to wait around for poor service and pay for it ...
