Do not purchase a Ryland/Calatlantic Homes house- you will end up regretting it. Quality is not a priority. They will make your head spin with incorrect information, miscommunication, un-truths and you will end up wondering why you even decided to build a home with them. It's a nice neighborhood, but the hassle is not worth it for your family. Plus, Senior leadership locally and in corporate office (California) will decide to ignore your pleas for help. I am positive that you can buy land and build your dream house for less stress- trust me. If I could rate this as zero stars, I would have. I choose to write this review to spare other home buyers the aggravation. Happy house hunting! :)
