I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. They noticed I had a U-Hal and asked if I wanted to drop it off with them. They made the calls and I dropped off the rental with them... so convenient! Kudo's to Lockaway Storage.

This is a great place to store your possessions. I’ve stored my items here for a year and probably until I find my “forever” home. They’re very professional, courteous and informative. I’ve never had any negative incidences. They’re also very good about security, cleanliness and rodent control. I would highly recommend this place for storage.
Very impressed! Transaction process was super easy and every question was answered....and then some! I wasn’t sure what I was going to encounter being that they are sooo reasonably priced. Thanks Mike!
Mike was helpful and kind. He was able to answer all of my questions quick and simply. Our unit is clean and well looked after. Glad we chose here after being taken advantage of by another storage company nearby.
