We came to the clinic at 9:25, it closes at 10pm. The open signs were off so I went in and asked the receptionist if they were still open and she said yes. Relieved I flagged my husband to bring our 2 yr old in who had a temp of 102. The dr came out and I’m front of me told the receptionist not to accept anymore walk ins. There was only one person in the waiting room. I asked to speak to the provider and was denied. The Dr name was Dr Molina. Can’t believe they refuse patients because they want to get out early on a Saturday night. Denying a child. And we have insurance. What a joke. Response to the business reply: The front desk receptionist with short brown hair wrote the name of the Dr on a pink post it note for me when I asked for their name. That is where Dr Molina came from. Yes I do have the right Urgent care. I took a pic of the front of the building before we left to add to my review. Watch your camera system and you will see the entire encounter. If In fact the providers name is not Dr Molina, then you have staff that lie to your patients on top of everything else. She told us to go to the 24 hr Texas Med Clinic, which I am grateful we did and I recommend to EVERYONE! Great patient care. My son had a double ear infection and a viral infection that requires him to be closely monitored. Thankfully the Texas Med Clinic staff was able to see him, diagnose and treat him. Definitely was at your clinic. UPDATE AGAIN: I understand you not wanting to admit anything on a public forum. However having said that, I sincerely hope you address this with your staff. The next patient that they turn away could have detrimental consequences to the patient. If you in fact watched your cameras then you know in fact we were there. It was the only urgent care open at 9:27pm Saturday night in the area other then the 24hr clinic. Please address your staff to insure this never happens to someone else.

I've been here twice, and I was so impressed with the way that this staff took great care of me. Juan is so helpful and good at what he does, and Dr. Godinez explanation of symptoms and sincere help to answer all my medical concerns. I just had to leave a review for them that is awesome. I am in no hurry to return but if anything does happen, they will be my first call.

Just got our second COVID vaccine at Quality Urgent Care. Thank you Dr. Patel and your staff for standing out on a cold, windy night making sure we old folks got our vaccine. It was a great experience. They have it down to a quick and easy system. Nice people. Doing real community service providing COVID vaccines at all of their Quality Urgent Care locations.

After scheduling an appointment online, nobody would answer the phone, causing my wife to have to go inside to confirm she was there. Staff were not only rude and abrupt but then proceeded to tell her to go back and wait in the car. Not a problem until you consider the fact that she was given no information just basically told to go away. Finally after waiting 20 more minutes she finally received a text for her to come in. The text was in all caps, making it seem like it was sent by a person, angrily. She was then made to fill out the same paperwork that she had just filled out online. The rooms felt unsanitary and like they hadn't been clean. Overall, I would recommend staying far away from here, unless you are desperate and can't afford the time it takes to go to one of the many other urgent care facilities in the area.
