Called to make an appointment for a cleaning, explaining I had some health issues. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and professional. The office was clean, and they provide PPE shoe and hair coverings, and did a temperature check as soon as I walked in. I really had peace of mind that they have their patients well being as a priority. Again, the staff were warm and welcoming.

The staff here is genuinely caring and do everything possible to make sure that the patient is comfortable. I felt no pain with the multiple extractions I had. When I was done, they made sure that I had medication to insure that I would experience the least pain possible over the next few days. Thank you Dr. \V\! The Dental Hygienist also is very professional and caring when he evaluates and cleans your teeth. Thank you Joe Vela! I highly recommend Randolph Family Dentist to anyone needing anything done for their teeth. I have been back there twice traveling from Houston, TX to Schertz, TX and will happily travel there again if and when I need more stuff done for my mouth.
I have recently received quite a bit of dental work. Dr. Vardeman and her staff genuinely cared about my well being.... physically and emotionally. They were amazing! Dr. V. is a beautiful person inside and out and her staff reflects that. You could never go wrong choosing them for your dental needs.
Randolph Family Dentist, was a very pleasant visit. The stuff is very nice and professional. It was my first visit, but they made me feel like I have been there several times prior. Thank you Ladies, you rock️
I love Randolph Family Dental. Dr V and her staff are so amazing. I highly recommend this place. I have suffered from anxiety all my life and they helped put my anxiety at ease.
