The driver, Edward, was by far the BEST I've ever seen! Ive dealt with a few tow truckers, and his technique is just flawless! I was VERY impressed with how he handles his vehicles! Very thourough and friendly!!

Great service very frandly and helpfull. they are very different from other towing companies.
Though I have not used them from a 'towing' perspective, I enjoyed the pleasure of partnering with them lately and felt a review was warranted. I am the owner of the world's only Optimus Prime replica truck from Transformers: Age of Extinction (keyword search \Optimus is Here\ on social media). Roadrunner Towing decided to help us get Optimus from PA to Texas in support of toy drive for a local Children's Hospital. The team was very professional from the start. And they were great about keeping the lines of communication open, from the initial negotiations to the time we said goodbye. They were well prepared for welcoming Optimus Prime to the event, and secured all of the necessary requirements for our time in Texas. And their staff did a fantastic job with security during the show, as the lines to get photos with Optimus were at least 50 people deep all day long. The owner, Geoff, is a great guy with a big heart. He spent thousands of dollars (of his own money) to put on an event that would benefit the local community and its children. He took extra precautions to ensure Optimus was safe before and during the show, and accommodated all of our requests while onsite. Based on this experience alone, I would welcome the opportunity to partner Optimus Prime with Roadrunner towing again in the future. Let's just hope it's not because I need a tow somewhere lol THANK YOU, ALL OF YOU!!! -Joe
