Great place to get in shape! If you are worried about being a beginner CrossFiter, DON’T! This place treats everybody the same. The coaches are great and they will make sure you feel welcome and a part of the family. There is no pressure to keep up with everyone else, you just do the best you can. The workouts will never be boring and will challenge you every time.
Love the community, its home away from home. Great workouts, lead by amazing coaches. If you don't try it, you'll never understand.
The best quality in a crossfit box that you will find. Coaches have many years of experience, equipment is top notch (best you'll find in town), and the programming is perfect for any level of athlete. Also to top it off, the staff and members offer great encouragement and friendships through all of our fitness journeys.

Been coming to The Vessel since November 2015 and it's made a huge change in my life. The coaches are seasoned and informative and the community is very supportive and encouraging when the WoD gets tough. This is a great place to CrossFit. Classes throughout the day and at times on the weekend.
Best well rounded coaching and extremely knowledgeable and experienced coaches always there to help.
