I came due to back pain issue. The therapy area is a large open room. When you are consulting with your physical therapist or doing the exercises you will have no privacy. My physical therapist was very young, which I didn't mind, but he didn't carry himself in a professional manner. After one visit I knew I wasn't coming back. They told me it would only be my copay, as I expected. But to my surprise I got a bill a few weeks later. When I called them they said the co-payment I made went toward the cost of the session and I still owed to cover the rest. When I called my insurance they said it wasn't covered because it was billed as an assessment, which I guess is supposed to be different from a regular session. This is odd because the therapist I was with before and the therapist I went to after this never billed the initial session differently. If you are looking for privacy, professionalism, and simple insurance billing I would recommend you go 3 buildings down to Airrosti. I have been to two of their locations and the drs there are great.

Physical therapist was knowledgeable and took her time to understand how the back pain was effecting my day to day life. I appreciate the timely way I was seen and the flexibility of appointments for future PT sessions. I was also provided with additional tools to use for home exercises that can be viewed online. Looking forward to getting my back stronger.
