We ordered a 10x10 Tuff Shed. We had planned to put it in the very back corner of our backyard. When the guys came out to set up, I was told that they would not be able to put it in the spot I wanted. We had to resort to moving it closer to our house and it looked out of place. According to the workers, there was a wrong measurement to the sloping of our backyard (we have a steep slope, measurement was done beforehand) and if they were to put the shed there, one side of the shed would be almost 24” high from the ground! That was crazy and look dangerous. (I have no knowledge on how this kind of stuff works). I felt like I had no choice but to move it towards my house where land leveled off. Me and my wife were not happy. We called Anthony Madrid (GM of Tuff shed San Antonio) and he assured us that this would get fixed. He handled the situation very well due to the fact that we were angry and a little emotional. We did everything out of respect but sometimes being angry can come off the wrong way. He held composure and actually came to our house to inspect and told us that he would fix everything and put it in the spot that we wanted. It did take a little longer than we expected to get the shed moved(due to weather) but overall I’m very satisfied, content, and relieved. The shed is sturdy and built strong. But honestly, if it wasn’t for Anthony Madrid, this would be a bad review. He made it right. That’s good business.
