The community is well kept, they have rules and regulations like every other complex. Management is prompt
Old ugly furniture everywhere. People have trash and junk right in front of there mobile homes.
I have been here 7 years. 4 stars only because I wish the play area had more for the kids, I wish the pools had covered tables and lounge chairs. However, MUCH Better now that there is a new community manager. The old one was rude to people and talked down to them. The new girl is kind and trys to resolve your issues with you. She is trying too to make it prettier in the area. Quiet area for the most part.
I have lived in the Community for two years now. The office staff are very courteous and provide information about the community on a regular basis. The maintenance staff are outstanding in assisting with all community needs. Overall I am and have enjoyed living in an environment that takes care of its residents. Thank you Windy Meadows Team.
