You can only receive any help if: 1) you have been registered with them; 2) in the first part of the day. If you need anything, you have to wait till specific 2-hours time slot in the morning to call (and hang-on additional half an hour waiting for your queue). Walk-in would rarely work. And it’s often closed after 3pm already. So if you work you can’t really get any help at all! Emergency line would only help if you are really dying. Severe pain/conditions shall still wait till morning. In such case I’d recommend to visit huisart on duty in the hospital nearby (works even at night). There is also the only one 24-h pharmacy in the city there. The only good point: they can speak a bit of English, just enough to get a prescription. And one time I was even able to get a prescription by describing situation over the phone.
