Good Job, Andrea and the Rest of Your Cabin Crew! We regularly use Lufthansa's service MUC-CLT and have done so many times in the past few years. Sometimes our in-flight experience was good, sometimes just OK. During our flight LH 428 in November we obviously were more than lucky to enjoy a simply great cabin crew! All of them were extremely friendly and helpful. Flight attendants permanently provided passengers with beverages during the entire flight and were always anxious to make this flight a very pleasant one for all travelers. "Our" flight attendant Andrea made an especially lasting impression on us: His perfect service came always with a friendly smile that showed everyone his dedication to LH's passengers and his job. Andrea helped us to remember this flight as an awefully pleasant one!

Lufthansa est une compagnie qui ne tient pas ses promesses : on nous a perdu notre valise de retour du Japon et nous avons relancé depuis plus d'un an Lufthansa afin d' être dédommagés : cela n'a jamais pu être le cas. Des lettres recommandées, des innombrables coup de fil, rien n'y a suffit : nous allons désormais passer à la vitesse supérieure en confiant notre dossier à une société spécialisée. Je vous déconseille très fortement de prendre Lufthansa dont le service client a été, dans notre cas, déplorable.
