I ordered a Tyrannosaurus rex toy for our grandson via Amazon in early May. It never arrived. I contacted Schleich in late May and was told they would look into the matter. I have heard nothing since after almost two months. I have paid for an item they failed to deliver and they seem uninterested in putting things right. Very poor customer service.
