THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have seen in many years Ordering Process: I ordered a cross trainer in late October, due in a couple of weeks. Several delays and from a couple of weeks it was finally delivered on December 23rd (i.e. 2 months). Ok, it can happen, the communication could be definitely improved but ok... However it gets MUCH WORSE Customer Support: The crosstrainer has a defect and cannot be assembled. I contact immediately customer service which sends an open ticket confirmation to whom I should reply with the pictures of the issue - as agreed on the phone . In 10 minutes I reply with the pictures of the defective part and of the manual, indicating the part number defective (see attached pictures). No reply... I follow up via email, still no reply. Tried then to open another ticket on the website and they came back asking again for the information I HAD SENT TWO WEEKS BEFORE because they LOST the email. How can you lose an email with customer number that is sent as a reply to your own email??? Ok, definitely not good but... I send the email again attaching also the original copy. Two other weeks and still no response. I tried to follow up again via email and no reply. So it is now 3 months since I paid more than a thousand euro to get an equipment and I am left without communication, with a 90Kg crosstrainer partially assembled in the middle of my apartment and no way to reach out to them (yeah, as I write I am for the n-th time on the phone waiting to be able to talk to them and after 30 minutes I usually give up - I was never successful even via phone). You can get customers once claiming to be the #1 in Europe, but ultimately it is a very short term game if you care so little for them after they paid you. I recommend to think twice before purchasing from them, you never know who the next customer needing support is.

They deal some interesting brands. I went there especially with a rower-related query and the shop actually had what I was looking for. The lady on the phone, though, was the most unfriendly I've encountered in quite a while. Guy at the counter was nice. I had to wait for a while until I was noticed in the shop, although I was the only customer. Perhaps this was an exception. Will revisit my review in case my next encounter (if it occurs) proves me wrong.

Am Ende doch noch alles gut. Ich hatte mit mehreren Mitarbeitern telefonischen Kontakt und hatte Glück, dass ich beim letzten Telefonat beim richtigen Service-Mitarbeiter gelandet bin. Somit konnte alles innerhalb dieses Telefonats aufgeklärt werden und wir haben unsere Ware schneller erhalten. 1 Punkt ziehe ich ab, weil dieser eine Kollege (von 5 erkannt) das Problem erkannt hat.
