Great amount of item choice You will find mostly everything you need for contruction and hobby projects Wont give 5 stars because the people working there could be more helpful and friendly. Nevertheless, a recommended place to go!

The worst Client Service I ever had some were We ordered Kitchen and it didnt arrive at the right time. Since one week we are waiting now, without any information from the Client Service. Bauhaus Schlieren/ Switzerland has a very bat client service

Ordered product online on Monday. It is now Thursday.. Bauhaus showed product as in stock. Chose Bauhaus because it was the only company which had product in stock and I was willing to pay extra to get it. No tracking possible and no info that product left the warehouse. Was for my partners 50th birthday tomorrow. SO DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!! Use a company which is reliable e.g. Galaxus, Microspot and small Swiss based companies which care about their reputation.

It always depends \why\ you have to go to this location, yes it is one of the biggest kind of like Home Depo Stores here in Swiss, but you will rarely meet an Employee there who really knows what he or She is talking about... and that is maybe a result of their poor wages. It is kind of an \ Open Secret \ that Employees of such big Companys get forced to write good Online Reviews, to raise the locations overal score, so that visitors get the impression, oh, this must be good, ...look at their Ratings, ...that is of course before they entering the Store :) And yes, the competition like Jumbo or Do-it is not that much better, but it really seems that their Management take far more care in such topics like Employee knowledge, knowbody knows everything, but i can expect something if i have to go there right ? About their Prices... well the German boarder is very near by...like Waldshut there a 2 Big Stores, it is much cheaper to take an 2 Hour Drive, and buy some Tax Free Stuff there :)
