Like every time it is nice to visit "The Castle". Nice location, good service in a small and comfortable bar. If you like a rustic atmosphere down the castle of Schmalkalden, then this is your spot! Not only in summer, where you can sit outside and enjoy the backyard atmosphere, also in winters it is nice to spend an evening there. It is a smoking lounge, so you have to deal with it, but the drinks are good and every time there is something new. It is some kind of bar, so they only have some small snacks. But a pizzeria is down the way, so you won't starve. I like to be there, once I visit Schmalkalden and spend time there woth my friends. Highly recommended for people who like this rustic and charming atmosphere!

Schöne Bar mit leckeren, und vorallem Preisgünstigen Getränken. Super freundliche Bedienung und schönes Ambiente. Für mich als Nichtraucher war das einzige Manko, dass es eine Raucherbar ist.

Sehr nettes Lokal! Vor allem die Musik die lief hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Preisleistung ist ebenfalls top!
