Bought a welder. Was told it worked great. Asked for 20 off as the item seemed overpriced. I was told we can’t go lower because they were slow and don’t have many items in stock. Get home to use the item and it does not work at all.

I work here and I love the place on both sides of the counter. Fun, friendly work environment that’s goals oriented. Also there are super deals if you’re looking to buy jewelry, electronics or most other items. Probably spend 20% of my paycheck on musical equipment and jewelry every month
I come to the pawn shop all the time and they provide excellent services. Love coming there. Also a shot out to August for always being courteous.
Very fair prices on pawn side and even picked up a couple cheap tools.
They need more people working on the pawn side. There is always only one person working there doing the best he can and always a long line. Also their alarm system by the door is supersensitive. I always set it off coming in and going out and I’ve seen other people set it off as well coming in and going out with nothing.
Noi is the most incredible sales person I've ever come in to contact with at any establishment since I've lived in Wisconsin, 4 years. She remembered my husband and my name since our first visit. She's always friendly, knowledgeable, and in such a good mood smiling. She's the reason we keep coming back, and we come here OFTEN.

I love looking around the Pawn American. Today I went in with my Dad and we had a few question regarding intake items. Zach was the first person we saw. With a smile he answered all our question. Definitely will be returning again soon for that ring he showed me! Thanks Zack!
