Regarding Ward15. I was sent to acute unite to double check my symptoms. On arrival male receptionist acted as he was...how to put it in nicest way possible. He wasn't happy to see another patient. I assume male \doctor\ who assessed me was funny,he tried to relax situation but mainly I couldn't understand a word what he was saying ( iam not racist in any way, but clearly when you work in public place as hospital, have to try to pronounce words loud and clear so I understand what's wrong with me as a patient and what they will do). While waiting on test results on a ward15 it did not look busy so as \doctor \ assumed it is time to check what's new on some social network on his mobile phone. To be honest I was shocked what I saw with my eyes. He was going through \daily feeds: pictures& comments \. Firstly I didn't know Doctors are allowed to use mobile phone for private purpose in front of patient and secondly I always assumes Doctors are busy in HOSPITAL by helping people. The only positive part begun when I assume \special nurse\, was super nice, friendly, kind to me checking my heart, pulse etc She explained what means my results in normal human language! Massive thanks! She made my stay positive at ward15.

Went for MRI Scan. Taken promptly and no issues at all. Hospital and carparks very busy, even at 0730 hrs. Give yourself plenty of time for parking and follow signs.
