We have been going to this Surgery since 1969 and the bad reviews are nonsense. They have always looked after usu superbly and all the staff and Drs are helpful and supportive at all times. A wait means the Dr is giving you their full attention.

I have submitted two of the most carefully thought through and helpful observations to improve their operations and asked for acknowledgement. I never got any and my advice was evidently not acted upon. On one occasion I was asked to wait by the receptionist while she finished typing a letter. One often feels that patients are a nuisance and are only there for the receptionists to parade their own self importance.

do not go to this medical center, they just dont care about their patient and keep sending you to Elstree branch , they are very rude and disrespectful.
