Nice personel, try to help every time. I get a replacement car for 2 hours till my winter tyres were replaced, so i could go for shopping. One time they were not ready till the end of the working day - so the boss took me home (30km). They have family programs, sending sms the day before agreed time not to forget to go there. I have a bmw service in the near - in 1 km - i still use that one.

Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren Kundin bei Müller & Klöck und sehr zufrieden. Da ich ein älteres Auto habe, gab es einige „spontane“ Reparaturen. Ich wurde immer sehr freundlich beraten, die Reparaturen wurden mit und ohne Termin schnell und zuverlässig durchgeführt, vielen Dank dafür!
