It is very important that you DO NOT use this place to rent your car!!!! I have rented car for 30 years all over the world and never ever encounter such manipulating people who work at the desk. This agency will trick you from their web page or other providers with their cheap prices but you will end-up paying twice as much at the end. They are also completely dishonest with you as a customer. They are bandits in the field of car rental.

With the firm U-SAVE I had a very unpleasant and unusual experience! Although I was forced to pay extra 99.60,- insurance because they wanted to deposit 2000 Eur, they forced me to take a Van (see pic.) instead of the normal economic car I had booked. Also the staff was unprofessional and unconventional!

Hassle-free service; not sure why some are complaining about the safety deposit of 2000, this is normal with all car hire companies. I received the car after my request to upgrade; had a better bigger car for only 9/day. The car was perfectly clean. I returned back on Saturday afternoon, and the deposit was returned on Monday evening. I had no troubles requiring road assistance or so, but the car was fine. They didn't request any cleaning fees or so after I returned it; just checked there are no scratches all around it. Their location is super convenient; only 5 minutes from the airport terminal.

Reading reviews in google i had a fear to rent a car from U-save. But in my case (i also took extra insurance package) everything went well. Car was good and pretty new and also i had no problem getting my deposit back.

Never, never, never book with this company! They are absolute scammers! We rented a car for a "low" price, only to find out (after already paying) that we have to pay double the amount extra in order to take the car out of the country. Since we are in the EU, this should not be a problem! Therefore our rate doubled. What was even more shocking was that they charged us another fee just to use the Austrian Autobahn, as this should clearly be included! Furthermore, a huge deposit was asked in case of an accident, even though we booked full coverage. This deposit is still to be returned to us. To put the cherry on top, the service is unprofessional and just plain rude. I would highly recommend to steer clear of this horrible company. You actually end up paying more with this company than you would at a proper car rental due to the ridiculous extra charges.

Fine company, we got a free car upgrade! Staff was kind. They cleaned the car very good because of COVID-19. We had to pay an extra fee of 19 for this, but that was okay.
