Ubelievable experience!!!! I tried to get information how much should I pay and WHAT TO DO from very rude woman. I asked her few questions, she was annoyed to answer and then she just hang out the phone. No goodbye, no explanation why. UNBELIEVABLE when you need help and thats why you are calling. I regret now, that I didn’t ask for her name. Would personally come and complain and also would write her name here. I called today at 8:28 o’clock. Why people like she is, are working with others when she can’t behave??! I called second time after few minutes when I calmed down and luckily there was very nice and polite woman who was willing to help me immediately. So I got information which I needed.

Die Angestellten im Eingangsbereich sind ja relativ nett. Wenn man jedoch zum Chefarzt kommt, ist man arm dran. Arrogant, kein Einfühlungsvermögen, inkompetent und unfreundlich trifft es am besten. Man hat bei ihm immer das Gefühl zu stören und nicht willkommen zu sein. Verabschiedet wird man mit den Worten \bitte nicht herkommen
