it's very strange how there's two employees working next to each other with only one meter distance , but at the same time 180 degrees different quality of their customers service performance !!! unfortunately it wasn't possible to get their names as the staff there ( strangely also ) have no tag names on their uniforms , but i can say the blonde lady was very friendly and polite plus professional serving , exact oppositely than her colleague the slim lady with short black hair which was very shuck how she's rude and not friendly , and laking the lowest level of customers service skills !!!! i can give her a small advice that : you must understand that the people coming to that place are there as clients and you're there to assist them with fully of respect what ever their nationality , and one more thing which normally i don't like to mention , but unfortunately i find myself here forced to go that point , all people working in any investment place getting their salaries from what clients spending there collectly , ( and once again I'm not happy touching this point but just to attracting your attention on it ) . and it's very strange how i found here in the website many people complaining about the unfriendly staff treating , and seems like all of that didn't got the management attention to make any positive reaction to improve their staff performance !!! and logically according to that those some unprofessional employees they will continue going over with their poor performances and bad behaviors . it's not enough to have knowledge how to do the process and paper work or knowing how to handle with the computers , the more important things is to have good skills contacting the clients during your duty time , we can't blame some members of the team if their head management failed to do its duties correctly .
