The whole " The Sprouting Course - only content " was so well organized, educational and informative. It was a great learning environment and the instructor Berit, was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. As an athlete, it's so important to have a good and strong mental state. I'm confident to say that because of this 8-weeks long course, I know I have overcome some of the mental roadblocks post-injury, improved my self-talk, gained more confidence, developed coping skills, etc. I would recommend it to all athletes struggling with similar issues.

Habe mit Berit nur sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich habe ein super vertrautes Verhältnis zu ihr und merke, dass sie mich (gerade) als Sportlerin zu 100% versteht. Ihr Ansatz passt einfach sehr gut zu mir und die Sessions sind für all meine Lebensbereiche einfach extrem hilfreich und geben mir langfristig die Sicherheit die ich brauche
