Very nice hotel, really close to the lake and the Jennerbahn. The staff is very kind and helpful. They made sure our stay is perfect. Due to Covid we didn’t experience the famous breakfast but the breakfast package we got to our room every morning was amazing. We even took some of it with us as lunch. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only bad thing I would say is, the parking is not free although the hotel has a huge space that can take lots of cars. Overall it was a great experience.

This hotel is located at a very convenient location and just at a few minutes walking distance from the lovely Königssee and the mountains. The check in acceptance only starts after 15:00pm and I believe this to be extremely late . On the other hand the check out is to be done latest at 10:00 in the morning. So your room rate is not quite for a day but for 19 hours only. Staff is extremely friendly and the place even has a spa and gym. The breakfast concept is extremely good and it offers local pastry and bread, fruits, yoghurts, eggs, coffee, juice and much more. Will be returning one day !
One of my favorite hotels in Schönau. All the stuff are friendly. The rooms are pretty cool and modern. There is a SPA and Gym area. Perfect place to start some outdoor activities. Breakfast it's an experience itself. Top top top
No lounge area. They kick you out in the pouring rain after check out. The small area is needed for breakfast which is understandable but no effort whatsoever is made to accommodate you during terrible weather. Will never stay with this chain again To the reply. I had to wait 10 min for a taxi and your staff kicked me out because of breakfast. I even asked if I could wait somewhere instead of having to wait in the rain. The answer: can't stay here and I am busy
Staff at the reception is really nice and we Could change into better room after first night noisy neighbours. Generally worth the price :)
Room was nice. Beautiful location. Good and helpful staffs. Walkable distance from königsee. Great breakfast buffet. Everything nice, but where the 5th star got lost and only 4 stars were given ? There were several small things which were missing, for e.g Basic toiletries like shower gel, shampoo etc , a water heater with basic coffee/team maker in room was missing.
It's a place to sleep that seems to have good reviews due to location. Rooms are 3 star, but only because updated. The area is cramped and beds are a bit hard. WiFi connection is spotty or non-existent. Parking you pay extra. Pet fee is very reasonable. I'd say this place is ok for those who want good outdoor activity support. If you want to just find a comfortable place to sleep, I'd recommend elsewhere.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It did seem clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the beds were too hard, the shower controls were weird and hard to get adjusted to a good temperature, and the whole place looks really unattractive. I think they were aiming for "We're cool and sporty!" and ended up with just a bright green and purple eyesore.
