An amazing location in the mountains fantastic views. The hotel is really comfortable and pleasant with very helpful staff. Excellent choice of food in the restaurant and ambient surroundings. Accommodation is extremely comfortable and rooms are in a Bavarian style. I would recommend staying here.

The front desk employees were very nice and helpful, they helped us out with figuring out what buses and such to take so we didn’t have to drive around in the insane snow conditions. The room was clean and the breakfast and dinners were very delicious. I brought my dog too and paid 41 for 3 nights for her... which is much more than I’ve paid before for bringing a dog but it was ok. What bothered me was that they charge 50 addition euro if they find dog hair on the bed, I’ve never heard of that before. I was constantly worrying about getting any dog hair near the bed. We also got completely snowed in and on our departure day I had asked the staff if I could use the shovels they had in the parking lot and they were so rude and told me I can use one shovel but not two ( I was with my husband) we could have saved so much time if we could have shoveled together, instead he shoveled for an hour to try and get our car out since they had plowed most of the snow onto the front of our car. No one else was in the parking lot at the time so I don’t see why they couldn’t let us use their shovels... then on one night , we went down to the restaurant to eat dinner and were told that the restaurant was only for the World Cup bob sleigh teams who were also staying there. I wouldn’t have minded if they had told us earlier in the day. It was 7pm and I had asked the day before if we can have dinner there. There was too much snow for any delivery services and the roads weren’t plowed yet, so my husband and I walked 30min each way to a restaurant near by and picked up some pizza to carry all the way back, which was quite frustrating. It wasn’t a horrible stay but I wouldn’t stay there again. The area is beautiful though.

Very large and modern bathroom although not very clean. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. It's an expensive place to stay and for the price I expected much better.
