Pays inexperienced workers way more than their experienced, dedicated workers. Tells workers that if they aren't married then they aren't a REAL family and therefore doesnt deserve the same treatment. The owners will pressure you with their religion and if you don't give in to their preaching they'll make sure you don't progress within the company & withhold EARNED raises. Doesn't appreciate workers who aren't family.
Great company i've worked there almost 20 years mr dave the owner was really good to me and gives anyone a chance my first job at 16 great and sci is like a family base company and i become a good pipe layers due to the skills of mr dave ,steve,sunny,todd,lee....great teachers good people ..... a family company
Screwed us broke our gas line covered it up kept on trucking .Refuses to fix it now my kids are without gas .We heat our home, cook ,and get hot water from our gas .
