When my children were younger, we used to visit this place often, they enjoyed the sensory room a lot. My oldest son had his birthday party here twice, one of his friends said it was the best party ever. Kids love the planetarium show, it's quite exciting also for adults.

We did the spooky fizzy science workshop during half term and it was fantastic, I think my husband and I enjoyed it as much as my 6 and 4 year old! Great value for money and 'professor Who' and 'professor Solo' were most entertaining whilst the kids got to be real scientists. My two came out smiling from ear to ear and they're desperate to do another one which we'll book over the Christmas holidays. You're free to go into the dinosaur den and sensory room after and so we were down there for another hour after. A great and educational afternoon for the kids (and the grown ups)!

My daughter and I absolutely love going to the science zone. She's 5 but we started going when she was a preschooler and now go nearly every school holiday. The experiments are fun and the dome sessions are amazing. The best thing about it is the staff who are enthusiastic and work so hard to make it fun and educational for everyone. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The science zone is amazing. The have great science domes that they do various presentations in, space and dinosaurs is my sons particular favourite. Their inclusivity is second to none, my son has difficulties and special needs but gets treated in a way that yes he gets the extra pair of hands here and there but in no way does he feel singled out and that for us is quite rare in things like this. They also have a fantastic sensory space downstairs that my son uses allot and comes away calm and happy. This is a caring company with fantastic individuals and practical experiments are effective and learn more than handing a child a text book, real hands on experiments :-)

I went to one of the Dino classes last year with my son who was 4 at the time. We absolutely loved it. The detail given in discussion time was interesting and engaging. The activities were excellent. We made a plaster fossil and we got a chance to go in the dome to see the dinosaur simulation with the 'big bang' meteor. My son was so in awe of this and learnt so much, he still talks about it to this day! Id definitely recommend!

love this place...an amazing space to learn and play, we need to come more often! our kids 1, 4 and 9 yrs love it. the dome shows are brilliant. run by a bunch of really nice friendly people :) highly recommend a visit..
