Absolutely terrible experience with Kent and KO. Did not work well with the forms guy. Wanted to make his job easier but not the forms guy. Measurements were off. Did not catch discrepancies with footings even though was on the job several times. We paid the extras to correct. All the steel was out of level and out of plumb. Waited weeks to correct. Still not 100%. Made another mistake with the concrete stop. Had to pay architect to redesign staircase. Literally not one portion of their job went smoothly and without a problem. Will never use again. Buyer beware.
