When you are servicing your customers, which by the way are the people who keep you in business, you might want to hear what your customers are saying they need. Very unprofessional, they act as if the customer should have no say and get very defensive when you approach them about it! Be aware!

I first found Scooper Dude when I was looking for a company to clean up my pet waste (4 dogs) before an event at my home I was hosting. 4 years later... I'm still using them and have loved every minute of it. Everyone there is professional, loves animals, and never lets me down. I highly recommend them and would give them an unlimited star rating if I could!

I’ve had a lot of scooping services over the years but this one is by and large the worst. They send inept people to clean up, including the owner, then report you to collections when you refuse to pay because half the dog waste is still laying in your yard. You’re taking a huge chance dealing with this bunch! Try Scooperman based in Mooresville North Carolina he’s much better!
