The main guy is super helpful and very generous. We even chatted about dark sky locations and coming from Chicago to San Francisco. I picked up some filters, barlow pieces and eyepiece contraptions to put together a DIY webcam telescope camera. Quality equipment and knowledgable help (from the main guy, they were training a new employee when I went who was not very knowledgable/comfortable).
