Justin Mefford is the guy for the job. He thoroughly inspected my house for wind and hail damaged and documented his findings. He then proceeded to help me put in a claim with my insurance company. From there the insurance met him on site and he politely assisted them and made sure they were able to document the same damage that he had found from his original inspection. We patiently waited and found out the claim was not going as anticipated, it was denied for being a full roof replacement, but we were issued a repair. He didn’t stop there, confidently he asked us to be patient and to allow him to gather further documentation to help prove his case that a full roof replacement was the only option. We trusted his experience and waited, he took an itel and sent it off to Floridia, he came out and performed a repair ability test and showed the roof was too brittle to be repaired. After everything was submitted the insurance called about a week later and informed us they would be revising our repair estimate and we’re in agreement with Justin and his recommendation. I was shocked and so grateful we had allowed him to perform this service. He contracted me for a new roof and my only expense was my insurance deductible. From their the material was delivered, we sought clear weather and his crew showed up bright and early one morning and knocked out our entire roof in one day. All my outside furniture was moved, tarps were put down to protect my landscape, and when they were finished magnets were used to clean up the nails. If you need a roof Justin Mefford and Scope Restoration are your guys.
