Helpful and quick. Got a flat tire. Called them.and explained that is has to be done by 1 pm cause i had to pick up kids from school. And they fixed withing 20 minutes. The young guy working there is so polite and professional. Glad to go there.

The most important thing for a mechanic is the quality of work they do for sure - which Lou accomplishes each time my family has ever had him work on our cars for us, but also the honesty. Since mechanics don’t work under our noses and not all of us know cars to the level that mechanics do, we are very vulnerable to the quality of work done & any possible added on labor they may of done or didn’t do. In this town, Lou is unrivaled in trust. He’s been here for multiple decades, he is the most trustworthy mechanic in MILES, and that is the reputation he deserves. Of course you want the best job done possible on the vehicle that you rely on to get your kids safely to school on time, or reliably get to work, really the only choice in union county, especially Fanwood, Scotch Plains and all the way to Roselle, is Lou. You’re losing money if you don’t go here.
