We purchased from and continue with our ongoing maintenance of our vehicle. Purchase was great! Maintenance has been pretty good overall. The only issue, and it is minor, is that we are into the maintenance extended warranty phase of our ownership, and have to argue that every time we go in for maintenance. It takes some convincing to get the staff to look into our account each time. Maybe they could look that up or make it part of the scheduling script, “Do you have a maintenance warranty?” Other than that, we have enjoyed our experience and will buy our next car there as well!!

I took my 2007 Lexus GX470 in to get the AC fixed. That plus an oil change cost nearly 2,000 because the dash needed to be removed. My dash had one barely noticeable crack in it before, and this is how they returned it to me. They didn't even say anything when I picked it up. When we contacted them to complain they outright told us that it was an older car and this was to be expected and even likened it to a person getting older. They absolutely refused to help in any way. In the end, I asked for a refund in the amount of a dash cover and they refuse to respond to any correspondence. To add insult to injury, our heat is only working on one side now, and they won't contact us regarding that complaint either. I will never do business with this company again and will actively discourage friends and coworkers from doing so. All because customer service completely went out the window the moment they got paid. My wife also posted a review and they asked for more info. She sent it to them, and unsurprisingly has received no response. Completely unacceptable.

We were very impressed with our sales consultant, Layla. She took her time and listened to our requests and was able to answer all of our questions. It was also a pleasure working with DJ in finance. Overall the experience was exceptional and plan to refer friends to Scott Clark Toyota.

We recently made our second purchase with Scott Clark. Our first purchase was with Dustin a little over a year ago. We came in to have our vehicle serviced and decided to look at the new 4Runners and requested Dustin. As with the first time he was amazing, patient, and was able to get us in the 4runner we wanted. We also dealt with Johnny who showed us the cars and he even gave my 4 year old his own lunch because he asked for some French fries! Amazing customer service from these two awesome gentlemen! Scott Clark will always have our business.

Bought a used Toyota Sienna this past weekend from salesman Mike D. I live about 2 and a half hours away so I spoke with Mike over the phone before agreeing to drive to the dealership to buy the van. Mike told me that the tires on the van were new. Much to my surprise when I arrive not only are the tires not new, but the front tires are so close to bald the van should not be considered legal to drive (see photos). Mike tells me he did not say that over the phone, it is a used car so it is to be expected, and that it passed their inspection so there is not a problem with the tires. After bringing a display from the Parts department of what Toyota considers to be the required tread depth before replacement, Mike talks to his manager and they agree to take 365 off the price of the car. I took the deal given the 5 hour total trip to and from the dealer, but there is obviously no concern for my family's safety there. Atleast DJ in finance was straight forward with my paperwork. Looking for new tires now and if there is any way to report them to the NC DMV. UPDATE: One Star to Four Star: Thanks David for making things right. Have had a good experience with everyone in the Scott Clark back office (DJ, Madison N, and David M). Would shop at Scott Clark again, but avoid the salesman Mike D.
