Have had great service for the past two years. Only day that it is late is when there is a holiday that week, and then they come the next day, even if it's a weekend. Very pleased with the consistency and quality of service. Never had a problem in 2 years.

Scott Waste is an absolutely HORRIBLE company!! I HATE them, customer service is awful , when they do trash pickup they break the trash cans ,leave them laying on the ground , spill trash and don't pick it up. Customer service reps never answer the phone , never return phone calls after leaving a voicemail , on the very rare occasion that you can talk to someone they are always rude!! It is absurd that Scott has monopolized on this area because IF I had the option for another service I would drop Scott Waste in a heartbeat. I would have left zero stars if google would allow it.

I’m not sure why after 2 months of my work supplies and clothes being in my bin (next to my toolbox and gas cans) in my back parking spot, your workers take and throw away my belongings... IN MY PARKING SPOT... HAS BEEN THERE MONTHS... I USE ITEMS DAILY AND DID NOT LOOK TRASHLIKE AT ALL... i’m highly highly upset. I had over 45 worth of cleaning supplies, over 75 tools, and a few car rugs and clothes in it. Also in a brand new bin i just got. I’ve called and left messages.

It's hard to understand how a company can be so inept. Bowling Green city residents have door-to-door pickup service. Truck stops in front of home, associate obtains container and empties into truck, then returns container to the original spot......not too tough correct? But this is too tough a task for Scott Waste. Last week I had to chase the truck down and ask them to return after they simply skipped my home and yesterday my containers were left turned over at the street. It is hard to believe that such a simple task can't be done on a consistent basis. It doesn't matter who you speak to when you call to complain. They can't get it right which to me indicates a \willingness\ problem. Clearly this company doesn't have the will to offer acceptable service. They have to rank right up there as the worst run company in Bowling Green.

I would rate zero stars if possible. Here are my main concerns for this company 1.They straight up stole my trashcan. It was a personal trashcan that fell into the back of a truck and refused to pay for another one 2. After that incident we wanted to cancel our services (given that we live outside of the city) we should be able too. They said that we lived in the city and couldn’t cancel our services due to a city ordnance. This was the breaking point for us They flat out stole our money and our trashcan. If you have a choice I highly suggest to switch to republic services or another trash service. I feel sorry for the people that live in the city and are stuck with these clowns. I hope they don’t treat all of there costumers like that. If they do there in big trouble. Rule 1 of business: The customer always, always wins.
