I took my car to Scott's Ivy Exxon for my very first state inspection and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Scott himself called me ahead of time, greeted me upon arrival, and walked me through what the process would look like. I got a detailed report and recommendations of how to proceed with necessary repairs. I was not coerced into fixing anything that day, but rather told what needed immediate fix vs. what could wait. Getting a free ride home on the shuttle was great too! Though Scott's is slightly far away for me, I know I will continue to take my car here simply for the great experience. Can't recommend enough!

It was wonderful! The staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. I went in for a yearly state inspection. I love the follow up message with detailed information about the inspection. When I called to ask about it the young lady follow up questions she was very sweet, patient, and helpful. (I wish I could remember her name, my invoice says my service provider was Lindsay, that might be the same lady). My Technician was Nick and he a a fantasticlly thorough job, as seen in my report. They even let me leave it there for a over a day until I could get there to pick it up. Five stars, just a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you, and I will be using you in the future.
