In November, we lost our home to a fire. To say the process of getting back to ormal\ has been difficult is an understatement. We found a new home and started the process to purchase that home and of course we need home insurance. Unfortunately, our previous company dropped us due to the fire. Four companies heard the word fire and immediately said no to coverage for us. Luckily, I was pointed in the direction of Alfa and Kirk. First of all, he listened. He was honest in telling us that he was unsure if he could help us and then he worked tirelessly to get us coverage for our new home. On top of that, he was able to get it for well under the price point that we needed! I am grateful that our paths crossed and that I have an actual agent and not an automated recording and a different person each time something comes up!
