Every technician that has came to the house has been respectful to me as a woman. I never felt uncomfortable with them here. They never talk to me like I'm ignorant. They did a full replacement today and they did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up after the job was done. I had to do nothing. I will not hesitate to use Johnson Heating & Cooling again. Great overall experience.
Johnson Heating and Cooling replaced the windows and sliding glass door at our house. Not only are the prices reasonable with a very friendly staff, they are serious about customer satisfaction! The sales team was very informative and took the time to make sure we understood their products making the experience of learning the cost differences related to product options easy. The installation crew was right on time and obviously professionals at their craft. We were (and still are) impressed with their attention to detail and motivation to do the job right while making sure we were satisfied with the results. Johnson Heating and Cooling was definitely the right choice for us when our heating unit went out! They immediately came out for a quote on that and installing windows too. They were very professional, answered all our questions thoroughly, and made sure to get information to us regarding our items and timeframe. We will use Johnson for many years to come!
