I recommend 480 for buyer clients and sellers who have concerns about termites. They offer a free inspection and a wood report for only 43. That is the cheapest one you'll find. They also have extremely low rates on treatment packages.
Shane from 480 Termite is the best!! If it wasn't for him, I might have tried a wide variety of pest control companies. He has GREAT customer service and is always right on time with a quick call making sure we're ready prior to his visit. I feel so much safer in my home knowing that we don't have any pests around. Great service! Great prices! Eddie came and serviced our home. He took his time, made sure to get every nook, cranny and didn’t miss a spot! He calls the night before to confirm what time he will be there the next day, answers any questions we may have, no matter how annoying the customer might be. He is SO patient and informative! Highly recommend!
