We did not receive our order on time; however Curtis was able to fix the problem and deliver the materials the same day. Curtis was very professional and assisted us immediately. Great selection and the people are amazing! We were looking for pavers and wanted to get some ideas and see what different products are out there. First thing that's amazing here is all the displays. You can find just about any color, size, shape or pattern of pavers. And it really helps to visualize what it will look like at home. The people that work here are so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and they know the products. If you are in the market for pavers or brick definitely give this place a visit.
Customer service is a joke. Staff was rude
Had a great experience with Anasazi. I'm a homeowner, and know very little about stone. I got good advice from the folks at the desk. My contractor ordered the stone I requested, but the color was different from the sample at the showroom. Curtis the Manager fixed it all in one visit, allowing me to swap my stone for a color that worked. Definitely recommend.
Still open for business, still banging out orders, these people get it done! If you buy from somewhere else, you’re missing out. One trip to Anasazi and you’ll never go anywhere else.
