I use Avenue Business Center as my virtual office. It took me a while to find something I liked in the Scottsdale area. It was relatively easy to locate the building and even easier to get started. Srini, the Owner, is friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend it.

What a great experience! I had been looking for an office for some time that would fit my current budget but could scale with the likely growth of my business. The owner stated "let me worry about accommodating your growth, and leverage our infrastructure to only spend what you need to for now" I have been able to do exactly that. Srini- the owner, went out of his way to set up my office/IT and phones specifically to my needs. And goes above and beyond by taking time to find out what my business needs to be successful from potential customers to potential business vendors.

Bad experience coming out, no problem going in. Owner initially flexible to get space leased, but very difficult to deal with on exit. All about the money. Gave me notice to vacate on only 7 days notice, when found another tenant who'd pay more money for my space. Thought he was being kind and flexible by offering me a tiny cubicle as alternate. All about the money. Same attitude for the "virtual office" service. Says he favors and promotes small and new businesses, then insults you saying you're new in business and he's "established." Easily takes offense and very emotional if displeased.

happy tenant stini(the owner) is very attentive to my needs as his tenant. its also a plus when the owner of this center is onsite management as well. arlene at the front desk is extremely accomodating and tries to please.
